Return window
You can request a return within 15 days of delivery for eligible items. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the correct process.
Item condition
Returned items should be unused, clean, and in their original packaging when possible. For baby safety and hygiene, some opened or used items may not be eligible.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. We will review eligibility and share next steps.
Refund timing
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We will help make it right.
