Order processing
Orders are prepared as quickly as possible. Most orders begin processing within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Estimated delivery
Delivery estimates vary by product, destination, and fulfillment partner. When product delivery metafields are available, the cart uses those estimates. Otherwise, the site shows a general delivery window.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. Tracking can take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Multiple items
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items ship from different fulfillment locations. This helps each item move as quickly as possible.
Shipping delays
